1. you have bound the email address, you can use the email address to log in the account, contact customer service staff, apply for replacement of the bound mobile phone.
2. If you don't have a bound email address, contact customer service directly, describe the problem, leave a valid email address and contact phone number, and the staff will help you deal with it.
Attention:
1. In order to protect the safety of your assets, the withdrawal of coins is not supported within 24 hours after modifying the binding of the new mobile phone number.
2. If the original mobile phone number/mailbox number is no longer available, and neither the mailbox/mobile phone number can log in to the account, you can send an email directly to the official email address support@bitdu.com for a description of the problem, and the platform staff will deal with it for you.
