Bitdu has recently completed a successful platform acquisition and transition. The platform is now fully operated and managed by a new operations team responsible for future development and management. As part of the new team’s global operational strategy, Bitdu has decided to cease operations in Chinese-speaking regions and initiate an orderly offboarding process for users in these areas.
This adjustment is a proactive move under Bitdu’s new operational strategy and is part of a routine platform upgrade. It will not affect the safety of your assets on the platform, nor will it affect your ability to withdraw your assets. Please be assured.
To protect user rights, we will provide a sufficient transition period with the following arrangements:
Starting May 20, 2025, at 15:00, the platform will no longer support new user registrations from Chinese-speaking regions and will disable deposit functions.
On May 23, 2025, at 15:00, spot trading and financial product services will be disabled for Chinese-speaking regions. All unfilled spot orders will be canceled, and financial products held will automatically settle their earnings. You can then redeem your principal.
On May 30, 2025, at 15:00, contract trading will be disabled. All unfilled contract orders will be canceled, and any open positions will be force-closed by the system. Please make sure to close your positions manually before this time.
On June 5, 2025, at 15:00, withdrawal functions will be disabled.
Please make sure to complete all asset withdrawals before June 5, 2025, at 15:00. If you do not complete the operation in time, your assets will still be protected by the platform. You can contact us via email at bitdu@bitdu.com to request manual assistance. We guarantee that every user's assets will be properly processed and withdrawn.
