1. Wait for confirmation from the block network
When you make a deposit, there will be relevant prompts on the page. When the assets you transfer reach the required number of network confirmations, your deposit will be successfully added to the asset balance. Please wait patiently until the number of network confirmations reaches the required number. The requirements for each cryptocurrency are different. Please refer to the page prompts when making a deposit.
2. Deposit currency is not listed online
The deposit page displays the currencies and networks supported by Bitdu. You can check supported currencies and networks from the Deposit and Withdrawal Status page. If you deposit via an unsupported network or a currency that is not listed online, your assets may be lost and cannot be retrieved.
3. The minimum amount of recharge has not been reached
For your convenience, the minimum deposit amount is listed on the deposit page. If your deposit does not reach the minimum recharge amount, your account will not be credited.
