1. Withdrawal is being processed
Log in to your personal account and click [Assets] - [Financial Records] to view withdrawal records. If the [Status] column shows the transaction "Processing", please wait for the confirmation process to be completed.
2. Withdrawal completed
If the [Status] column shows "Transaction Completed", the funds have been withdrawn successfully. You can click [Details] to view the blockchain transaction ID. Please use the transaction ID and the receiving trading platform or wallet to confirm the asset status.
Please make sure the payment platform/wallet supports the token you are withdrawing and the chain type. If you are unsure, please check with the collection platform/wallet before withdrawing, otherwise your assets may be lost and unrecoverable.
3. Withdrawal to wrong address
If the [Status] column shows that the transaction is "Completed" and the assets have been transferred out, due to the anonymity of the blockchain address and the irreversible transaction, we cannot find the owner of the wrong address or cancel the transaction. If you withdraw coins to the wrong address, please use other means to find and negotiate with the owner of the destination address to retrieve your coins.
If you forget to fill in the note when withdrawing money to another platform, please contact the other platform to provide the blockchain transaction ID and transfer related information you used to withdraw money on Bitdu to retrieve it.
